An amazing few days in Vegas, diving into @kbis_official and the International Builder Show for some innovation and inspiration. And wow, did they deliver!

Our Chambers project’s primary bath shower is truly a masterpiece! The tile design makes such a bold statement, perfectly complementing the stunning white oak cabinets and contrasting dark floor tile.

The interior stone wall creates a stunning backdrop for art, and a beautiful transition from the family room to the primary suite. By pulling the stone from the exterior into the interior, we’ve added a cohesive element that ties the whole house together. The natural wood header and elegant gold art sconce add a warm and sophisticated touch, perfectly framing the beauty of the artwork.

I love how this bathroom embodies a harmonious blend of inviting wood tones, natural stone elements, and sleek black accents, creating an environment that is both modern and serene.

The cabinets with open shelving anchor the space with their warmth and tie into the barn doors and ceiling beam. A little before and after….

Building a custom home takes MONTHS - from plan development, to permitting, to material selections and construction.

Frame walks on cold, dreary winter days are not my favorite….but seeing the final product on a warm spring afternoon sure is!

The final outcome of @partnersinbuild Republic Grand Ranch model is everything I had hoped it would be! Situated on an acre, lot, nestled in the trees, the richness of the board and batten siding contrasting the lighter stone….perfection!

How did we get here? From initial concepts, material selection, renderings, to completion. I could have gone with the classic white board and batten, but immediately envisioned this house as moody and with a commanding presence. @benjaminmoore Kendall Charcoal was my first decision, then everything else fell into place. @rockmaterials stone, @pellawindows and @sclmetalworks stunning front doors, capped off with accents of natural wood to tie into the surroundings.

I could look at this house every day and never grow tired of it….

What about the roof material and why are the windows so important? It can feel daunting, but when it comes together, it’s all worth it.

I love everything about the High Meadow model by @partnersinbuild. The contrast of the stucco and stone with the metal roof and bronze windows, the soft glow of light through the impressive metal doors and windows, and the perfect property. This was such a fun project….I could just move right in!

With a strong focus on authenticity and timeless design, I bring my 20+ years of experience in the residential design industry to each project that I work on. I possess an innate desire for creating thoughtful interiors and can masterfully layer color, texture, and pattern, to blend the traditional with the unexpected.

I utilize my extensive travel experience, my love of natural materials and textures, and my foundation in architectural design to create one-of-a-kind spaces that are sophisticated yet approachable. I graduated from Texas State with a B.S. in Interior Design with minors in Art and Technology.
